It's either Minilucifer or I that has the highest herblore.
I'm lvl 51 (7k from lvl 52) so if you want some Super Energy Restore Potions then I'll have to work on my herblore for a day or two. Though I haven't done the Nature Spirit Quest to be able to get the 2nd ingredients for that lvl 52 potion.

Well if you want the easy ones I would suggest you bring me chocolate bars and I'll make them for you. The real good ones you'll have to wait for me to decide what my price is because I previously turned 99% of my avantoes into fishing potions.

After much sacrifice and hardships I was able to get to lvl 52 herblore.
(I also find purchasing chocolate to actually beat unicorn horns in the annoyance factor.)
