Now teehee111 I'm not going to argue with you about this and I'm not picking any fights here. But, the slhall I, elixir, leopard, and company meet was a rude, immature, cry baby who had nothing constuctive to say. He kept saying he had proof that arsis hacked will v2, but never showed the proof. When elixir didn't punish arsis for a "crime" that had no evidence against arsis, slhall got all pissy because he didn't get his way. He bitched for a bit then left the chat room. Ever since, slhall and his little clan tweerps have been harassing us in runescape and on our own boards. This is most likely because slhall has been unable to comprehend the fact that maybe, perhaps, he got mad over something as ridicualous as this.

Yes, you all was in a chat room with slhall. That is so very true. I spoke to slhall about this again. He states that he knows you can't do anything. He states that will v2 should not have gave his password out. He said that he is all the time getting on will for doing that same thing over and over. He said that will just will not learn that people or human and they will be temped to take whips. He said he don't care how you run your clan. He said he got mad cuz you all was calling names, and saying stuff about truckers. You stated that he got mad and ran out of room. But he saved his yahoo log files. And he forward them to me. But in fact, slhall and Epagien was the last two people left in the room. So how can he be the first to run out of the said room? And on these log files, what im sure you know yahoo chat will save. I see that it was not slhall to start flaming. It was indeed your clan. He also states and as well as i seen, the only one that did not flame was Epagien. And im sure that if you ask Epagien, he may tell you that yes, him and slhall was the last two in the room. Epagien even made the statement that slhall should not pay any mind to what they said to him cuz they are just young kids blowing off steam.
So if you think back, you may remember that it was not slhall to run out of room. He stayed to the very end. And you may remember that it was not slhall to start the flaming.
So you got to ask yourself, if you was a company owner, not just a driver. And ppl was saying stuff to you. What would you do? You may do the same that he did. So im my case, i beleave you have slhall all worng. He did not flame in the chat room, he did not go first, he stayed untill the end with Epagien. Well at the end he did flame. But you know you would too if you had a group of ppl flaming you too. So now is it all his fault, or did you all have part in it too? I also have my chat archive feature activated, so I would like to know the exact date and time of the alleged text log you received from slhall.
Also, I'm a little curious as to why you left out those "telling details" in the first place. After all, your self-proclaimed job is to "debait" or debate and keep peace. If you want a fair debate, you may NOT claim to have proof or documentation WITHOUT showing same. Otherwise you're just slhall's shill. Go look it up.

i have the logs from 6:57 to 9:08 while most everyone left due to time constraints. it was an endless argument. I believe slhall to be inebriated during this session due to endless mispellings, ignoring important lines of text, and pulling the idea of slander out of midair. Ok, It was after many people left the room that I said things that were not needed and were very infitting things to say for a VeX. I apologize fellow VeX for letting something like this get to me and I will conduct myself more maturely in the future. I was just bent about the fact that one of my fellow members was being accused of something so dishonest without any proof against him.
Now look, this whole matter started a long time ago and ended a long time ago and has been dragged out to long. Sl and his little buddies have stopped spamming (for now) and I personally think we should stop wasting our time with this nonsence. Okay by stating that Shall did not "flame" as you put it I assume that you did not read the MANY posts that he wrote (using Shall as the guest naming as well as trying not to be himself by using other guests names, but by looking at the time of posts it is easy to tell that it was just him) slandering our clan, Arsis and what we stand for.

If this is not "flaming" as you put it I dont know what is. Granted things in the argument were siad that probly shouldnt have been said, but stating that Shall did not start to flip out at the rest of the clan untill after the discussion then that is just plain wrong. I do not agree that both were at fault. SlHall is irrelevant. Period. The root cause behind all this wasted time is that one of my VeX shared his password. I think that is grounds for getting a warning. If it happens again, it will be dismissal. The accused has been questioned, the evidence (see below) has been reviewed, and frankly you, will and slhall have failed to make a convincing case that Arsis did anything wrong. Your lack of evidence makes it seem like SlHall himself was responsible for the theft.
I have shown all my proof from the beginning to the very end and you take small quotes out of context and pretend to make a "debait" out of it. You have the nerve to quoth the words "half-truth" to me? It's weak, unprofessional, biased and doesn't hold water. And I'm not talking about you, personally. If you have any proof of what you speak, you should stop "threatening" to post it, and actually do so. Failure to comply means "you got nothin."

If a peron who is 44 years old as has been previously stated and is unable to control his own actions because of 1 statement that was made towards him in the heat of the moment then he is completely wrong. No one made him take any of the actions that he did or said. Because of Arsis's statement Shall was not then given rights at all to do what he did. So trying to say that Shall did and said what he said becuse of one statement is just plain ridiculous. What Shall was seeking was revenge by his comments and his actions, again proving the point that he is a vengefull person.
It gives WILL the right to call Shall his "dad" and such, that does not give him the right to be called wills dad by any of us. Saying that he was wills dad to the rest of us is lying plain and simple. Shall has the right to be will's RS "dad" but when adressing other people he should not be refering to himself as his father. This is misrepresentation of himself and just plain ole lying.

We told him we were going to deal with the issue of the statement, but we werent about to make the decission right then and there and be rash about it. This is VeX, we dont make rash decissions in the heat of the moment. We look at all the facts then make our decissions.
What other first parts beside the one comment by Arsis? After just hte one comment by Arsis Shall went on to Slander our boards beraiting our clan and arsis and what we stood for. Also enough with the talk from Shall about bringing up slander charges, first off that was NOT slander. Slander is either a published article wich is then called a "libel" suit, and Slander is somethnig publicaly stated that is not written down. Neither of these 2 conditions were met it is not a legal case. What was stated can be called rude and mean but not a legal case. On another note, Shall went back to say things back at us so even if it was a legal issue, which it is not, Shall has performed these same things back at us. So by trying to start a civil suit it would be thrown out before it got anywhere. So theres one more thing I think about Shall which has be proven, hes a hypocrite. So if you have any other half evidence that you which to present to us and call it the full truth go for it. If you want to try and say what I am saying is useless because i didnt quote one exact line while we have posts and posts of Shall Slander then go ahead. I really feel sorry if the rest of the RS moderators are as bias as you are and as quick to judgement about someone as you are.
