Temporary Logo
This is a temporary logo that can be used and modified to fit our current scheme until drupal is skinned. It would be easy to assimilate into this temporary theme and even convert/integrate into the current banner. Its only a few minutes work, but i'm diggin it. Comments, plz...

I like the technicality of it. I like the target aspect of it. I like the complexity!
Not too sure it needs to be b/w... color is good. It could really sparkle with some flash animation. :))
It does not have anything I could call a ripple, or wave, or water effect. Which is one item I want carried over from the original logo (perhaps because it is very hard to duplicate).

Yes, I do want an effect of some kind. The best way I can describe it is to look at the old blue vex logo (vex.gif) and observe the background behind the text. I call it a ripple, or water effect.
I would love to see something like that incorporated in our new logo. Also, a bluish tint to at least one element.
