Structure [ GUIDE ] PLEASE READ

INTRODUCTION
We are going to begin diagramming the structure. Diagramming will be accomplished through multiple threads. These threads are titled with special tags, such as '[POSITION][THE BOARD] General of Development', the thread relates to a 'position' within 'The Board' level. The first post within a thread will include ideas and thoughts to spark discussion.

Creating a Position
Structure Levels can not be created.
Structure sub-levels can not be created without approval
Structure positions can be created as long as it follows guidelines.
- Please note it could be deleted only any basis. All structure positions will need to include a description and ideas that will inspire discussion of the position. We want to know how the position will benefit the clan.

Please observe the structure levels at http://www.vexclan.com/rank/.

To create a sub-level position, you will need to include the structure sub-level name in the thread subject, such as '[POSITION][SUB-LEVEL][LEVEL] position title'.

Progression
Threads will undergo discussion for two weeks, and then all ideas will be molded together and voted on. The molded version of the position will have generalized responsibilities. Please check threads frequently in case of a scheduled meeting on that position.

Thread Behavior
Please keep all thread posts on topic and minimize the use of foul words. We are trying to move VeX forward, and it helps if we keep a professional environment in these threads.

Constructive Criticism accepted
- Non-constructive criticism will be deleted.

Please look forward to more additions to this guide. Questions should be queried to me, Epagien.

Basic Questions to Ask:

1) Who can be elected/apply for this position?
2) What are the requirements for this position?
3) What privileges are granted to this position?
4) How long can a member serve as this position?
5) How many times can a member serve as this position, consecutively?
...

We have these discussions to confirm every member knows what is happening in VeX. If you don't understand something said, ask us to explain it again.
