Development Department
We need a department that handles the development of VeX. The department would review the creation of new sections, remove/help inactive sections, and oversee recruitment.
This is what I think the development department should be, but I want to know what everyone else thinks.

Development Department
this has to be someone whos very involved and is on alot of the time.
Development Department
This would be true if the department was left to one person, but the idea is to have multiple positions that take care of each of these tasks.
Example: Game Champions - members that help create new sections.
Development Department
The first thing that comes to my mind is we need to define a significant difference in "VeX Development." In my mind, there are two sides to it.
1. The first side is the VeX Government Development which works on the rules, and the way we do things in VeX, including the website and development thereof. This is more of the "infrastructure" side of things.
2. The other side is the VeX Recruiting Development which is what I think you're going after in this thread. (Correct if wrong). I think the Recruiting part of it is the key because that is how we get and retain new blood. That is the key essential part of VeX (which is currently asleep) and the Development of the Clan as a whole derives from how the Recruiting Development group leads the Clan.
Does this help clarify where we are going? I hope so. Heheh, I don't want to confuse.
Development Department
Elixir: Yeah, this "development department" will handle the Recruiting/Section Development.
Law making body could be considered the VeX Core levels (The Cabinet and The Board).
In a day or two, I was going to introduce another department called the 'Engineer Department' that handled 'the website and development thereof.'
If we tried to categorize your two points within the 'Development Department', then whoever headed the department would have many areas to oversee.

I've been working my ass off to complete an assignment that has been plaguing us for some time. I think this is the appropriate place to post that I have completed a word document which is the completed version of phase 1 of the assignment (there are six phases.)
The reason I'm being a little vague is because I want to inspire curiosity. If you want to know more, reply to this thread.
